Making Holiday Memories

Happy 2016!  We are so thankful for a wonderful last couple of weeks of 2015 and first few days of 2016 that we shared with most of our kids.  We were blessed that Ethan and Leanne as well as Sarah and Julia were able to come down here during Christmas vacation this year.  Lydia continues her time in Africa as her commitment there is from 9 mo. to a year.

Our time was filled with quiet moments a home, busy times in the kitchen, a Homeschool Family Christmas Party, a trip to the northern beaches of Ecuador, New Years celebration, a trip to the jungle and a shopping at Mitad del Mundo.  We even had two friends, Alley and Kelly – friends of Sarah and Julia, visit us after Christmas and join in our adventures.  We think some photos will give us the best way to share some of those wonderful moments.

Thinking and praying for our daughter Lydia working in Africa. We miss you, Lydia!

Pray for the busy month ahead.  Bible studies starting back up, Children’s Church on Sunday, Youth ministry on Sunday as well as Homeschool Teen Fellowship on Friday (first meeting tomorrow night), Women’s Bible study (starting up on the 19th), homeschooling (Isaac’s last semester of high school!) and everything in between!

Ron’s first village visit is next week.

Our car continues to putter on – thanks for praying!

Serving Him,

Ron, Esther and family
